After a long winter, summer is making its appearance and bringing a new rhythm to life at the estate.
On the vineyard side, leaf thinning and soil work are in full swing. Everything is being done alow the grapes to develop peacefully. It will take a few more days before the veraison begins, giving the berries their colors.
On the cellar side, the 2023 vintage continues its aging in our oak barrels. At the end of April, we welcomed merchands, importers and journalists from around the world for the traditional en primeur week. This campaign concluded in June. Since then, our wines have been finishing their aging process in the cellar, under the watchful eye of our team.
During that time, the vintage 2022 have been bottled. After a long ageing period, from 12 to 18 months, the wines are ready to be filled.
From a classic bottle of 75 cl to 12L, the wines will be soon labeled and released to the wine merchants.
See you for the harvest!
